ANY RETURNED PARCELS SENT BY THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM A MEMBER OF THE SUPPORT TEAM WILL NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
